Process
While every client and every office is different, I have a basic framework that I use with virtually everyone.

Proposal
Free on-site consultation to capture goals, budgets, and timelines. Detailed proposal including deliverables, requirements, and scheduled milestone reviews if needed.

Discovery
What’s not working in your current setup? What does your ideal office space look like? As-needed stakeholder interviews to capture specific needs and challenges.

Planning
Layouts, list making and action items. Collaborative Pinterest boards and Google docs to share ideas and track progress.

Implementation
Disposal management, shredding, upcycling, bringing in work teams as needed. Office plant selection and procurement optional.

Assessment
On site review of the new environment and how it’s working for the team. Fine-tuning and troubleshooting.
